Wellbeing Laughter & The Rivest Method Saturday Series
Will be the “Best of” my practices in Breathing, Moving, Smiling and Laughing. In the past I have led Zoom sessions on laughter yoga, stress relief, mime, breath-work, tai-chi, qigong, mindfulness, many forms of meditation, embodying the teachings of Thich Nhat Hanh, how to lead chair laughter yoga and how to prep for a gig.
Each week will be a fun uplifting class with the intention of helping us feel more open, free and alive, yet calm and peaceful.
We will start each class with how I do my daily practice then flow into sharing and developing new material based on your needs, wants and desires. Ending with a Q&A and a group check-in.
